Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Accountancy Expertise Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy and a proven track record of managing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, leading client meetings, and advising clients on their financial needs. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with professional contacts, such as IFA's, solicitors, and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and leading client meetings
- Advising clients on their financial needs and providing guidance on accountancy services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional contacts
- Mentoring and supervising the team to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
- Reporting to the Directors on portfolio performance and internal targets
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA. A good working knowledge of Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks is also desirable.
