We are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Manager to provide high-quality support to Enfield Acute services and administrative services to patients, service users, carers, and anyone who accesses the Trust services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative function and duties within the teams to deliver an efficient and effective service that supports, complies, and aligns with the Trust values, policies, and the provision of a high-quality service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to patients, service users, carers, and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and local protocols, including Data Protection, Data Quality, and Record Keeping.
  • Coordinate the administrative function and duties within the teams.
  • Supervise at least one member of staff.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Leadership, or equivalent relevant practical experience/knowledge.
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
  • Good knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good knowledge and proficiency of Trust systems, including RIO and other digital systems.
