Your Role
  1. Customer Service Expertise: You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and courteous service from initial meeting to finalising the invoice on completion.
  2. Workshop Management: You will be responsible for consulting with customers on the work to be undertaken on their vehicle, keeping them informed of progress, and professionally resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Team Leadership: You will work directly with a team of technicians, allocating jobs according to time and ability, and ensuring the highest levels of service.
  4. Administrative Tasks: You will maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly.
Your Profile
  1. Customer Service Passion: You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing rapport with customers to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably.
  2. Team Player: You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to contributing to the performance and success of the team.
  3. Administrative Skills: You have excellent administration and organisational skills, with good diary management to ensure all customers are followed up within agreed timeframes.
  4. Industry Experience: You have proven experience as a Service Advisor/Service Team Manager in the automotive industry.
  5. Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 (depending on experience) with an OTE of £47,000 + per annum. You will also receive 23 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays, a market-leading bonus plan, and a range of other benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and discounted servicing and parts.
