Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the hotel's PMS system, managing guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front office duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Working knowledge of PMS systems, preferably Opera.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
