About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Receptionist to join our team at The Dental Surgery in Corn Exchange, London. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
