Business Administration and Customer Liaison Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adept Services Ltd in Reading, Berkshire.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our customer service operations, working closely with outside service technicians to manage information updates, raise job cards, book jobs, and maintain accurate records in our Navision database.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to customer service operations.
- Collaborate with outside service technicians to manage information updates.
- Maintain accurate records in our Navision database.
- Support the management of a team of 6-8 Service Maintenance and Repair tradesmen.
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests related to maintenance and repair work.
- Perform general office duties as required, such as filing and data entry.
- Proven experience handling phone calls and interacting with customers, suppliers, contractors, and engineers.
- Strong computer skills, including database management, Microsoft Office, and email.
- Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.
- Prior experience managing, planning, and scheduling engineers or contractors is beneficial.
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
