Team Leader for Customer Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader for Customer Experience to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality
- Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £29,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and opportunities for career development and progression.
