We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader for Customer Experience to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality
  • Monitor and address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement

The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £29,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and opportunities for career development and progression.
