Main Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, setting the highest standards for quality care and regulatory compliance through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and improve resident outcomes.
  • Assume leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, overseeing care standards, motivating teams, and driving business growth.
  • Prioritize safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR, sales, marketing, and budget management.

Job Requirements

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  • Previous experience in nursing home settings, with evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams, drive business growth, and prioritize resident needs.
  • Flexibility to travel across regions and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary and Benefits
