Peripatetic Deputy Manager Clinical Lead

About the Role
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester, you'll be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region. Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, you'll help implement action plans to ensure our residents' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
Develop and deliver strategies to achieve your goals, setting the highest standards in care and service delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
About You
To join us as a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, and evidence of continual professional development is also required. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important too, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
