As a Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Volvo Truck dealerships across the UK and Ireland.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling business-to-business claims, managing communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.

You will assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary. Additionally, you will follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle business-to-business claims, managing communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.
  • Assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary.
  • Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
  • Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.
