We are excited to be supporting Gleeson Recruitment Group in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is methodical and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and take on a key role within their Accounts Receivable team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining secure stakeholder relationships and owning a portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring cash is collected and ensuring systems are kept updated
  • Investigating queries and ensuring effective resolution, whilst recognising potential problems and identifying areas for improvement
  • Carrying out bank reconciliations, analysing bank statements and Cash Allocation
  • Run aged debt reports and provide analysis
  • Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet specified deadlines
  • Confident communicator and able to build strong relationships
