We are looking for a Desktop Support Professional to join our Service Delivery team at Littlefish in Culham, Oxford.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on a dedicated basis, resolving desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations, as well as basic network/server troubleshooting and administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an IT support role, with a strong understanding of basic networking and problem-solving skills. They will also have a working knowledge of IT infrastructure support across a range of up-to-date technologies, including desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10 &11, Active Directory, Azure and iOS.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer-specific SLAs.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in an IT support role
  • Understanding of basic networking
  • Ability to demonstrate IT-related problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support across a range of up-to-date technologies
