Directors' Assistant and Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Directors' Assistant and Office Manager. This role will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team and act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, including maintenance of resources, staff onboarding, and procurement.
  • Support the operations team with maintenance of internal databases and resources.
  • Organize and maintain internal databases, including staff distribution lists.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal, administration, and communication skills. You will also have a personal or professional interest in the social, humanitarian, and environmental areas. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with additional languages desirable.
