**Job Overview:**

Rubix is a leading industrial distribution company with a presence in 22 markets and sales of €3bn in 2022. We are looking for a Sales and Customer Engagement Professional to join our team in Aberdeen.

**Job Description:**

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth within your territory. You will work closely with internal product specialists to provide solutions that meet customers' needs and improve their businesses.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer spend
  • Work closely with internal product specialists to provide solutions that meet customers' needs and improve their businesses
  • Use CRM systems and KPIs to manage and grow your territory and customer spend

**Requirements:**

  • Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade environment (full training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
