Area Sales and Business Growth Executive

We are seeking an Area Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our team at Verto People. As a Regional Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and increasing sales with key accounts across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue new revenue streams, building strong relationships with existing clients and securing new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Salary: £55,000 base + £85,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)

Additional Information
- This role requires remote working from home
- The successful candidate will cover the West Midlands and surrounding areas
Salary Estimate: Based on the location and industry, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £80,000-£100,000.
