Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

eTeam is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
