Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, energetic, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This full-time position will involve managing the day-to-day needs of commercial clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, renewal preparation, cross-selling, and negotiating new policies with existing clients as their businesses change and grow.

You will also identify opportunities for cross-selling, review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstance, and meet customer service standards to ensure cover is appropriate.

Requirements
  • A minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & English
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency using MS Office Applications
  • A valid full driving licence and access to your own car for customer visits
