Job Title: Supply Chain Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to join our team at Universal Business Team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our small purchasing team and have a strong focus on supplier quality.
- Ensure a viable supply chain is established for every product line.
- Oversee the replenishment process for stock products, dropship items, buy-to-order products, and special-order fabrication products.
- Lead and manage the Purchasing Administrator.
- Ensure product quality meets established company standards.
Requirements:
- BSc in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of how purchasing decisions impact the P&L and balance sheet.
- Proactive and capable of making data-driven decisions independently.
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
- Growth By Sharing Bonus Scheme: Eligible after 6 months' probation.
