Supply Chain Manager

Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Brackley. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, including spare parts and machinery, to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Establish and maintain a viable supply chain for every product line, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the replenishment process for stock products, dropship items, buy-to-order products, and special-order fabrication products.
- Lead and manage the Purchasing Administrator to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure product quality meets established company standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in a larger blue-chip business is desirable, but not essential.
- Team management experience is preferred, but candidates seeking their first management role may be considered.
- Proven track record of significant achievements in supply chain management, with a strong focus on process improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- BSc in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with a strong understanding of business acumen and purchasing decisions' impact on the P&L and balance sheet.

Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
- Growth By Sharing Bonus Scheme: Eligible after 6 months' probation.
