We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist to join our team of professionals supporting the sales department with service-focused growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a company that values relationships, teamwork, and initiative.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Inbound service sales inquiries to support the sales team.
    • Proactively generating leads and targeting product owners to engage them in our service offerings.
    • Conducting Teams meetings and calls—no face-to-face meetings required.
    • Working alongside our dedicated sales team (10 members) to expand service sales and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of maintaining and expanding existing business by phone.
  • Confidence in a small business setting, especially in a sales environment.
  • The ability to work independently, displaying self-discipline and initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, CRM, and database management.
