Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bureau Accounting Relationship Manager to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Bureaux team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, facilitating complex query resolution, and managing key metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions to complex issues and manage key metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage B&DD positions, providing hands-on support as necessary to reduce bad debt.
  • Provide guidance on the recovery of funded positions and ensure ongoing relationships with Accounting Teams, Xchanging, and Business Units.
  • Facilitate resolution of queries and provide strong visibility within the Business Units.
  • Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activity and attending relevant meetings to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Guide and support Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are referred to the Team Leader.
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to ensure all necessary colleagues are upskilled and understand the role of the Bureaux Team.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the Bureaux and ability to add value to the technical resolution of complex issues.
  • Superior communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable direct negotiation of challenging issues.
  • Strong impact and influence skills, including the ability to remotely influence others to meet agreed targets.
  • Clear understanding of escalation procedures and effective business communication routes.
  • Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of internal and external processes.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvements to practices and procedures.
  • Experience of query and issue resolution.
  • Proficient use of standard office applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
