Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bureaux Expert to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, facilitating complex query resolution, and managing key metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Solutions: Provide expert technical solutions to complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Metrics Management: Manage key metrics to ensure all necessary actions are taken to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Bureaux Management: Oversee the management of B&DD positions, providing hands-on support as needed to reduce bad debt positions.
  • Recovery Guidance: Provide guidance on the recovery of funded positions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with Accounting Teams, Xchanging, and Business Units, ensuring clear communication and liaison.
  • Query Resolution: Provide strong visibility within Business Units to facilitate the resolution of queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Escalation Handling: Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activity and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Meeting Attendance: Attend all relevant meetings to achieve successful outcomes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to ensure all necessary colleagues are upskilled and understand the role of the Bureaux Team and how the Bureaux works.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent technical knowledge of the Bureaux, with the ability to add value to the technical resolution of complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Superior and clear communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable direct negotiation of challenging and difficult issues at organizational levels.
  • Influence and Impact: Strong impact and influence skills, including the ability to remotely influence others to meet agreed targets.
  • Escalation Procedures: Clear understanding of escalation procedures and effective business communication routes.
  • Workload Management: Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively, correctly evaluating importance and prioritizing accordingly.
  • Process Knowledge: Good working knowledge of internal and external processes.
  • Improvement Opportunities: Ability to identify opportunities for improvements to practices and procedures.
  • Query and Issue Resolution: Experience of query and issue resolution.
  • Office Applications: Proficient use of standard office applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
