The Role:

  • Deliver technical solutions to intricate issues
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators to drive action and achieve desired outcomes
  • Oversee B&DD positions, providing hands-on support as needed to reduce bad debt
  • Offer guidance on the recovery of funded positions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships while ensuring seamless liaison between BUs, A&S Ipswich, and Mumbai, and Xchanging
  • Provide clear visibility within BUs to facilitate query resolution
  • Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activities
  • Attend relevant meetings to drive successful outcomes
  • Support Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are addressed and referred to the Team Leader for appropriate training
  • Share knowledge and provide mentoring to ensure colleagues are upskilled and understand the Bureaux Team's role and operations
