A seasoned Bureaux expert with exceptional technical leadership skills, providing high levels of expertise to facilitate complex query resolution, manage key metrics, and foster strong relationships with Accounting Teams, Xchanging, and Business Units.

The Role:

  • Deliver technical solutions to intricate issues
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators to drive action and achieve desired outcomes
  • Oversee B&DD positions, providing hands-on support as needed to reduce bad debt
  • Offer guidance on the recovery of funded positions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships while ensuring seamless liaison between BUs, A&S Ipswich, and Mumbai, and Xchanging
  • Provide clear visibility within BUs to facilitate query resolution
  • Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activities
  • Attend relevant meetings to drive successful outcomes
  • Support and guide Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are addressed and referred to the Team Leader for appropriate training
  • Share knowledge and provide mentoring to ensure all necessary colleagues are upskilled and understand the role of the Bureaux Team and its operations
