The Role:

  • Provide technical solutions to issues, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Manage metrics to drive action and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee B&DD positions, taking a hands-on approach as needed to reduce bad debt.
  • Offer guidance on the recovery of funded positions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships while providing clear liaison between BUs, A&S Ipswich, and Mumbai, and Xchanging.
  • Provide strong visibility within BUs to facilitate query resolution.
  • Handle escalations, prioritizing urgent activity to ensure business continuity.
  • Attend relevant meetings to drive successful outcomes and foster collaboration.
  • Guide and support Mumbai on escalated issues, ensuring any training gaps are referred to the Team Leader for appropriate training.
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to upskill colleagues and ensure a deep understanding of the Bureaux Team's role and operations.
