Person-Centred Care Practitioner

Care Assistant is a vital role at BUPA, responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the nurse or senior care assistant to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care. Your duties will include assisting residents with their daily needs, providing companionship, and supporting them in maintaining their independence. You will also be responsible for monitoring our residents and reporting any changes to the nurse or senior care assistant. In addition to your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development programs.
The salary for this role is £11.80 - £12.80 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including My Healthcare, Wagestream, and a sick pay scheme.
