Job Title: Person-Centred Care Leader

We are seeking an experienced Person-Centred Care Leader to join our team at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and fostering a culture of person-centred care.

About You:
You will have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment, with Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent. Excellent leadership and management skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT. You should also be able to work adaptively and flexibly to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

The Role:
Your primary focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver person-centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. This includes ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, person-centred care, and ensuring residents receive care based on best practice. You will also be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home, as well as acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in resident's wellbeing. Additionally, you will ensure safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with both occupancy and dependency, provide on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, and ensure costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock. The estimated salary for this role is £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
