About the Position
  • Provide person-centred support to clients, promoting independence and empowerment
  • Use British Sign Language (BSL) to communicate with clients and facilitate social interaction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care to Deaf individuals with complex needs and/or mental health conditions. We expect a salary of £24,000 - £31,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
