Supporting Deaf Children as a BSL Assistant

We are seeking a skilled BSL assistant to support children with hearing impairments in our educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children using British Sign Language (BSL)
- Support children with their academic studies and provide additional communication support
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication
- Develop and implement strategies to support children's learning and communication needs
Requirements:
- Minimum level 2 BSL qualification
- Experience working with children with hearing impairments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
