Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Young Person-centred Practitioner to join our team at Richmond and Wandsworth Council. As a Young Person-centred Practitioner, you will be working with 13-25 year olds with SEND at Unique Youth After School Club and holiday scheme. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, fun, active and young person-centred group environment where you can demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Children's Act 2004, and experience of working with children or young people with SEND. They will also have a person-centred approach and be able to build strong relationships with young people and staff. The employer offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, 40 days annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.
