This role involves delivering free and confidential support to young people and their families with alcohol and substance misuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Screen and triage service users to identify their needs and provide tailored support
  2. Deliver harm reduction advice and conduct alcohol-specific assessments to inform treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK
  • Recent employment references

As a Substance Misuse Practitioner for Young People, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides specialist support to individuals and families affected by substance misuse.
