About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Personal Support Practitioner. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in a local community setting.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with clients to promote their independence, develop and achieve their goals, and support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis.
  • Your role will involve providing care with compassion and empathy, and getting to know each client's unique personality and skill set.
  • You will also have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them to secure their first jobs, move into their own homes, make friends, and more.
Requirements
  • A fun and happy outlook on life is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred, but not necessary.
  • You must be able to provide care with compassion and empathy, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not available)

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £12.75 - £14 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or progress their career in care.
