Part-time Sales Administrator Wanted
We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to support our sales team at FFR Limited. This part-time role offers flexible working hours over 3-5 days per week, with a combination of office-based and remote work arrangements. As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a critical role in managing sales leads, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including sales data and customer interactions.
  • Schedule and confirm property viewings, providing a positive customer experience.
  • Produce regular reports based on sales data, highlighting trends and opportunities.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote properties and attract new clients.
  • Coordinate property listings across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the wider office operations, completing administrative tasks as required.

Compensation Package:
A competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and flexible working hours over 3-5 days per week. You'll also enjoy a combination of office-based and remote work arrangements, perfect for those who value work-life balance.
