Sales Administrator Assistant

The role of a Sales Administrator at FFR Limited involves being the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, mainly via email. This position requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail to maintain a CRM system, schedule property viewings, and produce reports based on sales data.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for sales inquiries
- Following up on sales leads
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Coordinating property viewings and preparing relevant documentation
- Preparing marketing materials and ensuring up-to-date property listings
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience is not necessary, but the ideal candidate should be well-organized and have good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions:
- Part-time role with flexibility to work 3, 4, or 5 days a week, with some days spent in the office and others working remotely
Salary Range:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
