Role Profile

As a Sales Administrator at FFR Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the success of our business. This part-time position offers flexibility, allowing you to work over 3, 4 or 5 days, with some office-based hours and others from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by managing sales enquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records using our CRM system
  • Prepare marketing materials, assist with office administration tasks, and coordinate property viewings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
