Sales Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at FFR Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including responding to sales inquiries, maintaining the CRM system, and scheduling property viewings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to sales emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Updating the CRM system with accurate information
- Coordinating property viewings and preparing relevant documentation
- Preparing marketing materials and ensuring up-to-date property listings
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Arrangements:
- Part-time role with flexible working hours, including some remote work options
Salary Range:
£24,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
