Role Overview:
">We are seeking an experienced Engineering Governance Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing emerging or existing compliance risks related to Engineering and Quality standards.

- Develop and manage a risk-based audit schedule to ensure clear visibility of outcomes across the program.">
- Support inspections and recertification processes to maintain compliance with Engineering and Quality standards.">
- Continuously review and improve governance structures and arrangements to promote appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Educated to degree level in a STEM-related subject">
- Chartered engineer or working towards">
- Proven experience of managing engineering and quality governance activities within a complex software environment">
- Understanding of Engineering Lifecycle Management, Management Plans, and Business management Systems and Operational Frameworks">
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001">

">You will have a strong background in engineering governance and a proven track record of delivering process improvements.
">Salary: £45,628+ (dependent on skills and experience)
