Engineering Governance Expert

We are seeking a talented Engineering Governance Expert to join our team at ZipRecruiter in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the development and maintenance of the nuclear baseline together with organizational change processes.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in overseeing the development and delivery of nuclear safety governance, assurance frameworks, and independent oversight capabilities. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with regulatory bodies and deploying interface management arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the nuclear baseline together with organizational change processes
- Managing relationships with regulatory bodies and deploying interface management arrangements
- Developing and delivering nuclear safety governance, assurance frameworks, and independent oversight capabilities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a selection of skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Nuclear baseline development and maintenance
- Organizational change management
- Nuclear safety governance and assurance
Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £70,000+ per annum, plus executive level benefits including car allowance and bonus. We also offer relocation support packages across all roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
