Engineering Leadership Position
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in Barrow-in-Furness. As a key member of our Safety Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of complex systems.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging leadership role in the delivery of complex systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
Your Skills and Experience
- You will have strong leadership and management skills, with experience working in a similar role.
- Programme management experience is also essential.
- Prior experience in build assurance or maritime platforms of complex systems is required.
- You should have good knowledge of technical risk management and governance procedures.
- A degree in a STEM subject is a must.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £55,000, dependent on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and access to flexible working arrangements.
