IT Infrastructure Management Professional

Found Talent, a growing Manchester business, is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to take ownership of technical issues, provide technical support to end users, and act as the escalation point for IT-related matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in networking knowledge (on premise and in the cloud), managing both on premise and cloud based infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory, and ability to work with colleagues at all levels is also required.
