Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Salt, you will be responsible for spearheading DevOps practices, mentoring teams, and designing cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines. This role provides an opportunity to shape the company's DevOps culture, enhance delivery velocity, and implement best-in-class cloud infrastructure using AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable, secure, and mission-critical infrastructure that powers transformative digital solutions.
- Mentor and guide DevOps or SRE engineers in their professional development.
- Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Bash, Python, or Golang.
- Experience running large-scale, mission-critical workloads in AWS.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
