Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join Maxwell Bond's IT Operations team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting all ticket issues raised, as well as providing project support for M365 applications.

You will work closely with Security, Networking, Asset, and Infrastructure teams, acting as a point of contact for 3rd line escalations and providing support to the business and colleagues when needed.

This role offers a great chance to work in a varied position across infrastructure, systems, and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and supporting all ticket issues raised
  • Providing project support for M365 applications
  • Working closely with Security, Networking, Asset, and Infrastructure teams
  • Acting as a point of contact for 3rd line escalations
  • Providing support to the business and colleagues when needed

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, VMware, NetApp, Active Directory, Azure, On Prem & Cloud technologies
  • Prior experience of providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving queries to agreed SLAs at an enterprise level
  • Prior experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, rollouts, or legacy migration projects
  • Prior experience in supporting BAU tasks related to existing infrastructure and services
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work shifts between 7am -7pm

The salary for this role is £42,000 per annum, plus a 24-month FTC. The location is Manchester, with a hybrid working model that includes 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
