Commercial Development Manager

Freight Personnel, a dynamic global freight forwarder, is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the North East of England and Yorkshire. This stimulating opportunity requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in the logistics industry.


Competitive Salary & Commission Structure

We are offering a highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits and commission, based on performance against agreed targets. Our comprehensive remuneration package includes:

  • A basic salary of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A generous bonus structure, based on your performance against agreed targets.

About the Job

As a Business Development Manager at Freight Personnel, your primary responsibility will be to expand our Road Freight division in the North East of England and Yorkshire. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow the business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.
