The Opportunity

Are you ready to drive commercial success in a role that combines business development, customer management, and strategic growth?

As the Commercial Manager for Northumbrian Roads, you'll be instrumental in shaping commercial strategy for Aggregate Industries' Asphalt sales and Contracting. You'll play a key role in nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring top-tier service, and uncovering growth opportunities across the North East region.

  • You'll possess an acute sense of what's next, identifying growth potential in Asphalt sales and Contracting, and guiding projects through from idea to signed contract.
  • You'll be responsible for developing a diverse portfolio of clients, helping our business remain strong and adaptable in an ever-changing market.
  • You'll oversee contracts from tender to handover, prioritizing quality, compliance, and safety at every step.
  • You take pride in ensuring all project details are meticulously managed, with safety and quality front and center from start to finish.
  • You're someone who can help Northumbrian Roads build a resilient customer portfolio that remains robust regardless of market fluctuations.
Competitive Remuneration Package
