Grappenhall Manor Care Centre is a purpose-built 70 bed care facility located in Warrington, Cheshire. We are part of the New Care group, which provides high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality hospitality services to residents and visitors.
  • Support and assist visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures as per company HACCP standards.
Requirements
  • Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • A full-time contract with shift times from 0800-1900, including alternate weekend working.
