New Care is a purpose-built care facility in Warrington, Cheshire, providing the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care to residents with various needs.
We offer residential, nursing, and dementia care, investing in the latest technology and a daily program of activities to enhance the experience and wellbeing of our residents.
All team members are hand selected for their warmth and passion, with ongoing training from our in-house trainers and the New Care Academy.
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to provide an efficient food service to residents and visitors, maintaining a clean dining environment and following company HACCP cleaning schedules.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-standard hospitality service
- Supporting and assisting visitors
- Informing the Chef of individual resident requirements
- Following cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensuring all training is adhered to
- Recording and reporting properly
- Safeguarding the welfare of adults
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Hospitality or catering experience
- Previous experience in a care setting
- Effective communication with team members
- Participation in activities organized in the Home
