About Our School:

Lymm High Sixth Form Centre is committed to providing high-quality education and care for its students. We are looking for an experienced Academic Support Coordinator to join our team.

Your Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential. As an Academic Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing academic and pastoral support to students, including mentoring and guidance.
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop targeted strategies to promote student success.
  • Collaborating with parents and carers to discuss student progress, welfare and behaviour.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with young people, preferably in a school or college setting.
  • Is passionate about student development and learning.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
