About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at JW Lees. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our pubs, inns, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food in line with our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
