About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at JW Lees. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our pubs, inns, and hotels.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food in line with our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior culinary role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
