Junior Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while effectively managing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: You will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring that our products are always in stock and meeting customer demand.
  • Supply Base Management: You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure that we receive high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Trading, Range Planning, Strategy and Forecasting: You will analyze sales data and market trends to inform our trading and range planning strategies, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury homewares or start-up environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills to extract insights from complex data.
  • Confident communicator and innovative thinker.
  • Initiative and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive project management skills.
