About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Wax London. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Head Merchandiser in managing the product lifecycle across our international, omni-channel business.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets. You will also monitor performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate potential risks. Your strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

You will work closely with the Head Merchandiser to range plan for each channel, collaborate with the Wholesale team on reporting and strategy, and participate in trade meetings with Directors. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be critical in ensuring the smooth-running day-to-day of the Merchandising department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Merchandiser in managing the product lifecycle

Requirements
  • Proven experience at Junior Merchandiser level or as an Assistant Merchandiser looking to make the next step
  • Experience in a Fashion Retail business with ecommerce, retail stores, and wholesale
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
